4. Promotions and Offers
Lettings - Promotions are subject to Full Management contracts only.
Residential Sales - Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts.
General Rules - Only one promotion or discount can be taken by the client at any one time. Offers may be changed, withdrawn, or extended at any time without notice.
5. Information for Landlords
QPS Homes is a lettings and property management agency based in Basingstoke, working with landlords across Hampshire, Berkshire and Surrey.
We provide residential lettings and property management services for landlords, subject to agreed instructions and our Terms of Business.
Our services may include, depending on the level of management agreed:
- Marketing residential property for let
- Arranging viewings and managing enquiries
- Referencing and tenancy documentation
- Collection and registration of tenancy deposits in accordance with legislation

6. Information for Tenants
QPS Homes lets and manages residential property in Basingstoke and surrounding areas, including properties across Hampshire, Berkshire and Surrey.
Properties may include rooms, flats and houses, which may be furnished or unfurnished, depending on availability and landlord instructions.
Available properties can be viewed via our website. Prospective tenants may also register their requirements to be notified when suitable properties are listed. Property details and availability are subject to change.
Applications and Referencing
Where an application proceeds, tenants will be required to complete an application process, which may include identity checks, referencing and credit checks. Referencing may be carried out by third-party providers. Additional information, such as guarantor details, may be required depending on circumstances.
Holding Deposits and Payments
A holding deposit may be required to reserve a property, in accordance with current legislation. The treatment of any holding deposit will be set out clearly during the application process and in relevant documentation.
Rent is usually payable monthly in advance. Tenants are generally responsible for utilities, council tax and other outgoings, unless otherwise stated in the tenancy agreement.
Security Deposits
